Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation – Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
• Refunds – Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items. Proof (photo/video) is required within 24 hours of delivery.
• Non-Refundable Items – Perishable goods, opened packs, and used items are not eligible for return/refund.
• Processing Time – Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7–10 working days.
